अल्फा झाईम समुद्र वनस्पतीच्या अर्कापासून तयार केलेले जैविक उत्पादन आहे. या समुद्र वनस्पती मध्ये उपजत पोषकत्व, जीवनसत्वे, अमीनो ऍसिडस्, प्रथिने त्याच प्रमाणे दुय्यम पौष्टीक घटक यांचा भरपूर साठा असतो. अल्फा झाईम मुळे पिकांची निरोगी व जोमदार वाढ होऊन उत्पादन वाढीसाठी आवश्यक जीवरासायनिक अन्नद्रव्यांची गरज भागविली जाते. त्यामुळे पिकांचे भरघोस उत्पादन मिळते. अल्फा झाईमच्या फवारणीमुळे पिकांची फुल गळ व फळ गळ थांबते, तसेच फळाचा आकार वाढून फळाचे वजन वाढते. प्रमाण २-३ मिली, प्रति लि. पाण्यात मिसळून फवारावे.
